MRG GAC Promotion Terms and Conditions
Thanks for visiting! Manhattan Residential Group (MRG) is offering to its clients generous amounts of free dry cleaning and housekeeping services from Green Apple Cleaners, in accordance with the terms below:
- Award.
- Rental clients: 3 months of free dry cleaning or house keeping services, not to exceed $200 retail value in aggregate. Any excess shall enjoy a 15% discount within that term, and 10% for life as a member of the MRG Preferred Partner group.
- Sales clients: 1-Year of dry cleaning or house keeping, not to exceed $1000 in aggregate. Any excess shall enjoy a 15% discount within said term, and 10% for life as a member of the MRG Preferred Partner group.
- Eligibility. Participants are not entitled to this promotion unless and until they have 1) registered in advance through the 30-second form located below, 2) presented the promotional mailer prior to closing and 3) leased, purchased or sold an apartment which resulted in a standard brokers commission to Manhattan Residential Group.
- Miscellaneous. Through your participation in this promotion, you agree to Green Apple Cleaners' Terms and Conditions, which can be found here, http://www.greenapplecleaners.com/?tc. Participants must allow Green Apple Cleaners' to keep a card on file for charges in excess of the Award. These terms may be changed by MRG at any time without notice. MRG may terminate the offer at any time without notice, but in any event, the offer shall discontinue for real estate transactions that consummate subsequent to December 31, 2012.
The savings above cannot be combined with any other discount. Your use of the site or MRG's services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, immediately stop use of this site and notify an agent of MRG in writing.
