Yale received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Cornell University   in Environmental Management, and Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law.  For six years prior to and during law school, he consulted for developers on their compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.  Yale also secured public funds for renewable energy systems and efficiency retrofits.  Yale has negotiated, papered, and litigated a wide breadth of deals as a lawyer and broker. Yale proudly serves on various committees at the New York County Lawyers Association, New York City Bar Association and Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.  When he’s not obsessing about real estate, he’s weaving through traffic with his Smart Car.

Gilad brings over 10 years of real estate experience to every purchase, sale or rental deal.  He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the New York real estate industry.  Well connected, stylish and classy, Gilad adores being with people.  He gains access to buyers and sellers at all levels and price points, allowing him to easily match up the right home with the right people.

Real estate was a natural fit as a career choice, given his love of the city.  His customers appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism. Most of his clients are repeats and referrals, as Gilad always takes the time to follow up and stay in touch.  Gilad's kindness and affability has transformed many of his clients into friends, who have enriched and strengthened his bond to the New York area. In his spare time Gilad and his partners aspire to create a sustainable and environmentally conscious non-for-profit organization which will help give back to the community, with the goal of sponsoring a piece of land to develop a playground and park for children and parents alike.

When it comes to downtown real estate, nobody knows it better than Justin Naoe.  Being one of the pioneers of the area, Justin has seen the downtown area rapidly transform over the years.  Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each of his clients.  Starting his career in real estate on the lending side, he has seen the full spectrum of every type of purchase and sale imaginable, wether it be for first time home buyers, vacation homes, investment properties, or rentals. As Co-founder and partner of Manhattan Residential Group, Justin oversees the company sales and rental transactions, and is a key component to training and the development of the agents.  Born in Seattle, Washington and growing up in Los Angeles, his laid-back but diligent attitude brings a calm experience the typical stressful process associated with real estate.  He's a graduate from the University of Southern California with a BA in Economics.  In his spare time Justin enjoys traveling, food, and sports.
