Yale received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Cornell University in Environmental Management, and Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law.  For six years prior to and during law school, he consulted for developers on their compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.  Yale also secured public funds for renewable energy systems and efficiency retrofits.  Yale has negotiated, papered, and litigated a wide breadth of deals as a lawyer and broker.  Yale proudly serves on various committees at the New York County Lawyers Association, New York City Bar Association and Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.  When he’s not obsessing about real estate, he’s weaving through traffic with his Smart Car
